e-Book Purchase Term
"Buyers" who pay the price set by the author/publisher to purchase an e-book are allowed to use each copy of the e-book in any reasonable non-commercial manner in compliance with copyright law and our terms and conditions.
"Buyers" acknowledge that the e-books purchased through the website is for their personal use and can not be sub-licensed or resold.
On purchasing the e-book, they get non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-distributable right of use. In other words, you are free to use it personally, but are not authorized to share, sell, or distribute the work to others.
Once your purchase the e-book, ondemandbooks.in has the obligation to allow you three download of the associated files. Typically we will provide multiple downloads facility, but we are not obligated to do so.
The downloadable books will have DRM Protected.
